This once gently worn costume will fit Size 12 to 14.......and Size 16 if you're not big busted. I removed the black crinoline, because it made the waistline appear weightier (not flattering). Trust me, it looks better without it. Includes dress, bow tie, hat headband, and (knee high socks were never worn) ......the cane is not included.
