They are waterproof and comfort rated for wear in temperatures as cold as -35°C. The insulated T-MAX liner fits snugly around the leg. The liner is conveniently removable when the weather warms up a little. These boots have a tough rubber shell and integrated out sole to keep snow and slush on the outside...There seems to to be a small factory defect a bit of the inside liner didn't get sewn up around the edge all the way,, pretty minor ....
