Bought Nos. Some minor marks where grips and levers and stem were mounted. Some very slight imperfections in the paint that i tried to show in pictures. Very easy to touch up if it bothers you but pretty much unnoticeable to most people. 28" across and 9" rise. These are not CW bars but the sticker looks cool .
