Wedding Dress Introduction

Wedding dress bought for $1300 bought from Stella’s Bridal, selling for $800 (OBO) due to issues with bustling the train. The train bustles up, however the spots on the train were repaired (see second last photo) by a different place when I had it dry cleaned and now I cannot figure out how it bustles. You will need to have dress altered to fix! Feel free to messages with questions or more photos. Dress has been stored in bridal box since dry cleaning.
