Vintage turntable with full maintenance

Vintage turntable with full maintenance Introduction

Heavy, well-built vintage turntable in perfect working condition, with a high-quality Audio Technica needle in great shape. It’s a Sanyo TP-727, a belt-drive model made by the most popular builder of vintage turntables, CEC. They made close to 50% of the turntables for all the different companies during the 1970s, who would just slap their name and model numbers on a CEC turntable along with a few cosmetic tweaks. This model features auto-return to lift and return the arm at the end of the record, and a reject button to do the same thing whenever you choose. It also has a strobe light and pitch controls, so you can fine-tune the speed (or just make your favourite music sound odd by speeding it up or slowing it down). Everything works great; the drive mechanism has been cleaned and lubricated, and the belt is new. The stylus is in great shape and will be good for years of spinning vinyl. The cosmetic condition is also excellent - there are a few small marks on the dustcover, but otherwise everything looks perfect. Asking $175. As always, you’re welcome and encouraged to fully test the turntable in person prior to purchase - bring along some records!
