vintage Garde bike with a bell Introduction

bike in good shape for it’s age. Made by Carde in Canada. I’ve ridden it several times before it got a flat tire. never had a chance to fix it. I think it needs a new front tube and eventually new tires and it’ll be a good bike. it had a shimano hub gear system but i believe it was taken out by the previous owner. it currently has only one gear. comes with a new bell
