This 4 drawer steel filing cabinet is from the former Steel Equipment Company of Pembroke Ontario. This vintage unit has been well loved; the green paint is scratched but not dented. The handles and label card slots have a lovely antique brass under black patina. The drawers all slide perfectly and snap shut with a satisfying peal; it may need a cleaning, but it works as smooth as they day it came out of the factory seventy plus years ago. A piece with real character that was built to last.
