please read full ad description then contact if you are viewing the ad it means unit is still available for sale is a vintage AKAI receiver model AA-A31 i cleaned inside and outside. i cleaned all pots and switches with contact cleaner. really nice receiver. has lots of power. i think the name akai is underrated but i believe the quality is even better then top name brands such as marantz/sansui/pioneer i am selling it very cheap because it has two small issues 1-the back AM antenna is missing but as long as you hook up a wire to separate AM antenna connecter on the back radio works great. 2- if you are listening to aux or photo or AM radio and you turn off the receiver. when you turn the receiver on the receiver and you go to FM radio, fm radio will not work unless turn off/on the receiver a few times then fm radio starts to work. if FM radio button is pressed on and you turn off the receiver, anytime you turn the receiver on everything works great. maybe it has something to do with the back antenna that is missing. i think its a minor issue. i have been using it past two days, it works excellent and always runs warm as it supposed to cosmetically it looks in good shame. has some minor scratches/nicks but not very visible. one button for the tape2 was missing so i made a new one from orange color. looks great and hard to tell if its original or fake PRICE IS $100 FIRM Specifications Tuning range: FM, MW Power output: 38 watts per channel into 8Ω (stereo) Frequency response: 10Hz to 50kHz Total harmonic distortion: 0.05% Damping factor: 40 Input sensitivity: 2.5mV (MM), 150mV (DIN), 150mV (line) Signal to noise ratio: 80dB (MM), 95dB (line) Channel separation: 50dB (MM), 50dB (line) Output: 150mV (line), 30mV (DIN) Speaker load impedance: 4Ω to 16Ω Dimensions: 440 x 105 x 370mm Weight: 9.5kg
