The UAD-2 Satellite Thunderbolt DSP Accelerator is a powerful desktop unit that enables Mac users to access over 90 professional audio plug-ins from Universal Audio's library, including exclusive partnerships with top audio brands. Available in QUAD or OCTO models, it offers either four or eight SHARC processors for running complex mixes without taxing the host computer's CPU. The unit comes with the Analog Classics Plus plug-in bundle, and the Custom package allows users to select an additional three UAD plug-ins upon registration.
