Good condition with slight creases on cover which I've tried to photograph. Inside are some stains on the pages which I've photographed the most prominent ones but pages are intact.
There must have been a mailing label at the front which has been removed at some point because some dried glue mark on the cover.
From a smoke and pet free house. Selling due to house clearout.
