Follow these 4 steps to file your taxes:

Step 1: Complete the Intake Form from www.kolotech.ca
Step 2: Submit your statements to

Step 3: We will send you back with the tax summary
Step 4: Pay us the CRA NETFILE fee and you will receive CRA confirmation and T1 form.
Existing User:

To file personal taxes remotely, we require the following information:
1. Personal details of all adults (first name, last name, date of birth, address, SIN#)
2. Information on all dependents (first name, last name, date of birth, SIN#)
3. Income statements (T4, T4E, T5, T5A, etc.)
4. Expense statements (if applicable, such as tuition fees, childcare expenses, etc.)
5. Any details on dependents or adults claiming disability benefits
6. If claiming OTB, please provide rent details including total rent paid, landlord name, and address.
Filing dates for 2023 taxes
Feb 29, 2024: Deadline to contribute to an RRSP, a PRPP, or an SPP
Apr 30, 2024: Deadline to file your taxes
Jun 15, 2024: Deadline to file your taxes if you or your spouse or common-law partner are self-employed
