These are high quality speakers. To build them now it would cost an arm and a leg. The boxes themselves are worth the asking price. Very good quality boxes. They are HEAVY! 75 lbs each. Both speakers work just fine. There are 200 watt Seas tweeters in these speakers that are worth about $75 each. Custom built in the 1990’s for $1300. You can crank them up, however as you see in the picture they could use some love and attention. My wonderful kids with their pokey fingers got to them. Use them as is, or put new speakers in the box, up to you. I don’t have an amp to test them for you, but feel free to bring one to hear them work. I recently upgraded to a smaller set up and these take up more room then what we would like.
