Sony Trinitron KX-1211HG "ProFeel" Video Monitor VTG RGB (PWM) Introduction
This is a vintage professional quality CRT monitor from the early 80's (likely 1982 or 1983). It has composite inputs and an RGB connector. I also have the RGB-16C that goes from a flat connector to a DB9, but I am not sure what systems are compatible as I have only used the system with composite. The CRT is likely a 12" (based on the name and rough diagonal size). There is a tinted glass in from of the screen that comes on and off with thumbscrews.
There are stereo speaker outputs on the back and it will accept stereo input (using rca cables.
This is a rare piece of video equipment, and built far better than any TV I have seen--its heavy and has metal handles in the top of the case.
It works (as you can see in the pictures). The picture looks good to my eye and all adjustments worked. It needs a good cleanup for sure.
This is a unique piece for a collector, vintage gamer or computer enthusiast. It does not have a TV tuner, therefore older systems like Atari 2600 and Intellivision wont directly work, but anything newer likely will.
