This drivetrain came on a 2023 gravel bike I purchased at the beginning of the summer. It had been ridden no more than 3 times, on the road only. It had never seen dirt or gravel.
I wanted a bit taller gearing options so I swapped the drivetrain out to a Di2 Road setup as soon as I got it. Now, I need to get rid of the GRX Di2 drivetrain I have left over. Its been sitting in my garage all summer.

This is a complete drivetrain with everything you need to set up your gravel frame for Di2 Electronic shifting. Everything is in fantastic condition. As I said, ridden only 3 times. The ONLY imperfection is some scratches on one of the brake levers. This happened before I got the bike but they arent from a crash, they look like it was leaned up against something rough like the corner of a brick wall or something. They arent awful and dont effect useability at all.
The chain, cassette and chainrings have no visible wear other than the black coating coming off the teeth on the chainrings. From a wear perspective they are as new.
These parts retail for crazy prices when new. Most places have them listed for around $2400... which is insane. My price is half that.
