Sherwood receiver and matching CD player with remotes for both. Receiver is Dolby Pro Logic, but sounds great for stereo. Receiver is quite heavy (robust power transformer!) and remote has tons of functions including my favourite - motorized volume knob with red LED light. CD remote missing battery cover, but otherwise everything in nice condition for their age. BTW, Sherwood is a consumer electronics company that was founded 1953 in Chicago by John Snow and audio engineer Ed Miller. They specialize in A/V receivers designed in USA, assembled in Korea. Asking $40 for both. Thanks!
