New in the box, but I did try them out for about 30 minutes to see how well they work, and I updated the firmware so that they are now up to date. They work great. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE The headphones had a good fit over my ears and provided a great seal for excellent environmental sound isolation. I found them to be very comfortable. Wireless range: I walked upstairs and outdoors in my house and still maintained a consistent connection. Over 30 hours on a single charge according to an Amazon review. This is where these headphones stand out compared to other brands. Probably one of the best picks for movies since the soundstage and imaging is really good PAIRED EASILY with Samsung phone, IPad Air tablet, and on a laptop with Windows 10 THIS IS A VERY ACCURATE REVIEW BELOW WITH REGARD TO HOW THEY SOUND. THEY PERFORM WAY BEYOND THEIR PRICE POINT. The reviewer did not find them comfortable, but I had no problem, and I do not have small ears. Comfort is a personal thing. They are fantastic for movies with large cinematic sound effects. Voice reproduction is very accurate and clear so it would be good for phone calls and Zoom.
