A mattress cover sheet (bought separately) is also included. This is a full-featured playpen with bassinet, changer, side storage, toy bar and musical mobile (batteries not included). It is used, but was never taken outside of the home for travel. First 2 photos show the actual playpen and accessories partially assembled (without the side storage and changer, but the parts for them are included). Third photo shows everything packed up in its carrying bag. Fourth photo is off the internet showing it fully assembled. The differences are colors, toys and the musical mobile.
