The Heathkit UA-1 Monoblock amplifiers, the best amplifier from Heathkit with Push pull EL84 tubes. - Both are upgraded with: + High quality ceramic tube sockets for the EL84 power tubes + High quality IEC power socket for the power cable + High quality speakers binding posts + Gain level bypassed, can be reconnected if want to + Recap most of the coupling capacitors + One ampli has the large filter multi-capacitor replaced. The other original one is still excellent. + High quality Golden plated RCA input installed on both amps Part of the work was done by Mapleshade Audio in the US, part of work done by a tech in Montreal.
