I’m located in Langdon AB. I will ship as well if needed. The stem itself has the tiniest mark on top near the steerer tube, it’s pictured as well. Very little scuff on the underside, but you won’t see that one the stem is mounted. Comes with everything that was originally included. Bolts plate etc. I’ll also throw in the spacers for 10 bucks as well. The first spacer is 20mm in height. There is 2x 10mm spacers and 1x 5mm spacer as well as the stem top cap.
