LOW PROFILE turntable

• Turntable design accommodates an optional ramp to load and unload with a manual pallet truck / pallet jack / pump truck / jigger or powered walkie / transpallet
• Increases wrap height capacity (compared to high profile model)
• Still accommodates forklift truck loading and unloading

HIGH PROFILE turntable

• Robust and compact turntable design accommodates fork lift truck loading / unloading

ROTARY ARM

• Floor level loading with pallet truck / pallet jack / pump truck / jigger / powered walkie / transpallet, or fork lift truck
• Load remains stationary under wrapping arm
• Unlimited weight capacity

SEMI-AUTOMATIC

• Does not require the active participation of the operator throughout the whole wrap cycle, allowing him / her to work productively elsewhere while the load is wrapped automatically
• Note: The operator:
  • places the load onto / into the wrapper
  • attaches the leading film tail to the load
  • pushed the start button
  • (the wrapping cycle occurs without operator supervision of intervention)
  • cuts the film and attaches it to the load
  • removes the load from the wrapper

NON-PRESTRETCH Film Dispenser (option)

• Uses hand-wrap, machine wrap, pre-stretched films, or netting

POWERED PRE-STRETCH Film Dispenser (standard)

• Uses standard machine wrap
• Significantly reduces packaging cost!
• Produces superior shipping package!

Conventional TURNTABLE and ROTARY ARM fully AUTOMATIC

• No operator required!
• Available with pallet conveyor or for use over existing conveyor (conditions apply)

HORIZONTAL ORBITAL

• Stationary ring rotates around a product that moves through the ring supported by a conveyor
