This is a rare Nirve chopper bicycle. The frames used to be bigger and the rack was bigger as well! The current frames are just not the same as the old school ones. Its a great bike for a custom chopper project (for ideas, look at last pic which is one of my projects).
It has an internal 3-speed hub which needs servicing, going from 2nd and 3rd speed is sticky. New rear flame threaded tire.
