It's available. I wear a 8.5/42 in Shimano, Sidi, normal shoes. These fit a half size too big. They're great shoes, read reviews online for yourself. Included are two different length toe studs, tool and a travel bag. I also have a $25 gift card to Thornton's Cycle that I'll throw in for free if you buy the shoes.
