New e-Bike Everyday Encore 36V. 250W Motor. Needs Charger Introduction

Looks brand new. Bought at auction but it did not come with a charger. The battery is dead. 36V lithium-ion 7.8AH. Not sure if it is good. Can't tell. Selling price was $1800. Ask $650. In Palmerston 60 km N of Waterloo 519-343-4908. Also got a new Gen 3 The Stride. It came with no battery (48V) or charger but it also looks new. 500W motor. $550. I have a new Gen 3 folding with battery and charger $950. Like new Ebgo CC50 with battery $950.
