Hey! I'm looking for someone who wants to rent a Music Studio part-time or full-time. You should have your own mic, interface, speakers, and computer. I am selling the rest of the set-up (sound-proof panels, TV, 2 tables, and a couch) for whoever moves in.
This studio has a fully sound-treated recording booth and has been designed for optimal usage for recording vocals, producing music, mixing, and mastering. It is ready for you to move into and be used if you have your own equipment!
The rent term is on a 6-month basis but open to doing month to month.
