Pump. Used a couple times. It's a great pump. I just didn't end up breastfeeding/pumping.
I have breastmilk storage bags. And a mom cozy bottle warmer that can go with it. I have smaller flanges, that I ordered seperate. I think 17mm 19mm that will go with.
