Microshift Bicycle Gear Shifter (3 speed, left handle bar) Introduction

Storytime: My Uncle donated a Northland Genetix bike to me, but the rubber grip broke on the left 3-speed gear shifter. I bought new one to harvest the rubber grip. My bike is doing pretty spiffy now! Now I have brand new gear shifter with a broken rubber grip, later I found you can repair the rubber grip with super glue and it worked! Finally this thing lying on the desk can have a new life! The black rubber grip is old and repaired, and the shifter is new! Competition: You can buy a set of 2 gears for $20+tax on Amazon, but if you want only the left side 3 speed shifter you can't order the part individually on Amazon afaik, they come in pairs.
