Enjoy an UNLIMITED supply of carbonated water. Why pay deposit on bubbly no-cal drinks when you can ensure your carbonated water is fresh daily? This McCan Standard Carbonator has not been used. We paid $599 - we are asking $300 OBO CARB Model - 43-5002 1/3 HP 2C06 RPM - 1725 V - 115 A - 6.5 HZ - 60 Type S Carbonators are commonly used to combine CO2 with water to create carbonation for beverages. Here are the key features and technical details: Durable Construction: The carbonator features a rotary-vane brass water pump that delivers atomized water to the carbonator tank. It includes an internal 100-micron strainer and a pressure relief valve. The tank is made of Diamond Brite stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Probe Design: The exclusive two-piece probe design reduces service time, improves diagnostics, and lowers costs. No need to shut off CO2 or water during service, making maintenance more efficient. Electronics Package: The fully-encapsulated electronics package can be easily removed for testing and service without depressurizing the tank. Specially designed probe electronics resist damage from amperage spikes for greater reliability. Liquid-Level Control: The liquid-level float assembly and heat sink probe cap ensure trouble-free operation and extend service life. Backflow Prevention: The carbonator includes an Anderson Brass ASSE 1022-specified backflow prevention device. Certifications: Certified by NSF and UL. Specifications: Water Capacity: Up to 100 gallons per hour (378 liters) maximum. Tank Capacity: 43 Series: 32 fluid ounces (0.95 liters). Pump: 100 GPH rotary-vane brass pump with internal strainer and bypass relief. Pressure Relief: 180 PSI pressure relief valve. Motor: 115V models: 1/3 HP, 6.5 amps, 1725 RPM. Inlet/Outlet Fittings: CO2 inlet: 1/4" male flare. Water inlet: 3/8" male flare. Soda water outlet(s): 3/8" male flare. This motorized carbonator is an INLINE carbonator that mixes tap (room) temperature water with CO2 in a pressurized chamber. The water is forced into the chamber with a mechanical pump (to overcome the high pressure). The high pressure allows the CO2 to dissolve almost instantly so the carbonator can provide a continuous supply of selzter water. In a bar/restaurant setting the carbonated water is then fed through a cold plate, to be served chilled. When used in a home setting, most people will run the carbonated water into a corny keg in the kegerator, where it creates a couple gallons supply of chilled carbonated water. The advantage of using a motorized carbonater, is that it allows you to hook your water supply up to it, so you have an endless supply of carbonated water as long as your CO2 lasts.
