Good condition. Slight crease in the back of the cover and and front which I've tried to photograph the most prominent ones. There must have been a mailing label that was originally attached but has been removed at some point. See photograph.
Pages seem to be intact.
From a smoke and pet free house. Purchased as part of a souvenir collection. Selling due to house clearout.
