Le matelas a été acheté il y a 3 ans et est en bon état, il a toujours été recouvert d'un drap imperméable. Le lit peut encore servir, il a duré pour deux enfants et est plus usé (traces de dents, autocollants). Le prix total est de 25 dollars, individuellement 20 dollars pour le lit et 15 pour le matelas.
Il n'y a pas d'animaux ni de fumeurs dans la maison.
