In fantastic well cared for pristine shape from a smoke free environment. These were last employed as a mesh network with a 1GB backhaul in August 2024, operating error free for years. I have since migrated to a single commercial unit with a 2.5Gb backhaul. What sets the WRT1900AC apart from others as a great mesh network, is the ability to utilize ALL channels effectively operating without any interference from other current wireless access points. The dd wrt firmware supports all the latest offerings of brand new access points, including updated wireless security to WPA3 (Linksys stock firmware hasn't been update in years, and does not support WPA3, only WPA2). For those that prefer the old Linksys firmware, I can restore before purchasing - tho it will be missing out on the great ddWrt feature set and updated security. I can also share the tweaked configuration I was using for those that want a starting point. Errata: The displays on these units may show weak or dim indicators, as this is a known problem with the SMD LED's used, but does not affect the access points operation in any way what so ever.
