LAPIERRE X-Control 110 Introduction

Hi everyone, I'm selling my custom Lapierre 110. I really don't want to, but its not getting the use that I designed it for. I purchased the size large frame on its own in 2013 from a bike store that had closed in Toronto. It came with the original seat and post. I then added the Rock Shox Lyric forks, 26" Shimano XT wheel set, XT front derailleur, XTR rear derailleur, XT brakes, Syncros bars with matching stem, Sixty pedals, rock ring and the Shimano crankset. It is truly the only one like it and rides like a dream. I changed the rotors and pads last year and I think I've ridden to the store twice since then. I installed the tires in 2013 and they still have life! It can be run tubed or tubeless. Two things that need to be upgraded - shifters and rear cassette. The 9 spd SLX shifters were cheapies that I had on another bike and don't do very well with the 10 spd XTR rear derailleur. It works, but not accurately. The rear cassette is also a 9 spd, XTR is 10 so you're not getting the full capabilities of the derailleur. There are two small scratches on the top tube from something leaning it against it in the garage. Last picture shows them. It's never been ridden hard and the shocks/brakes are perfect.
