1969, COMPACT AND HEAVY COLLECTIBLE MODEL; SAME BUILD QUALITY AS 2-DIGIT VINTAGE MARANTZ MODELS
This sold in 1969 for USD $325 = CAD $370 in 1969, an equivalent of CAD $2954 in 2023, per Bank of Canada inflation calculator; that's how much it would sell for new if made today.
Current 2023 used price for KLH 27 fully working (sometimes with some issues) in Canada or delivered to Canada from the States is around CAD $650 - $750.
This one, both channels have very weak output and one channel is humming, for a receiver of such age that typically means weak and/or dead capacitors.
It's already dusted off and all controls are already deoxed/lubed.
It comes exactly as pictured, very clean in and out.
No restoration work attempted, it comes straight from original owner as a trade-in.
I simply do not have time for this amp at this time.

If not sold in the next few months it will be completely restored will all new capacitors and will be listed for ~$795.
