Hand brakes 5 Speed No rips in the seat and the tires are practically brand new with no wearing on the treads. 16" rim Right hand brake(back tire) is in excellent condition but the left hand brake needs repair or replacement. You can still use the bike with or without the left brake. It will be like a pedal coaster brake that most kids bikes have.
