I work from home and bought this unit. Worked great but wasn't syncing properly to my phone and computer when I was in zoom calls. They sent me another one. A software update fixed everything so now I have 2 and only need one. If local, you can come test it out. If shipping, must wait to clear e-transfer for 5 days and I'll ship it to prevent scammers and shipping at buyers expense. Pros: I do a lot of calls and this headset is worth it compared to anything else I've purchased. I walk around my house as I do the calls with no issues. I love synching my computer and phone to go back and forth. The main thing for me is the call clarity. Especially if you use any kind of VOIP calling you need it crystal clear. Even my galaxy buds pro would have some bluetooth clarity issues and this headset works every time. No negotiating. Price is firm so don't ask as I don't have time for it and will block you.
