HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 - with printer head problem Introduction
The printer is about two years old and just recently experienced a printer head issue. It was working fine until then. I am unable to resolve the problem but I'm sure there is some smart person out there who can fix it. I've decided to get a new printer rather than deal with this.
