This machine has been opened and we tried using it but just wasn’t a fan of it. it comes with everything and is in full cleaned pristine condition. the only thing is that the box is ripped because we opened it. It comes with packaging as well. Make sire to put warm water and follow all Instructions carefully. it warms up the water pretty quickly even if u use cold water. you can make it more relaxing by using the reflex roller and make sure to never fill higher than the fill line.
