Double top handles, shoulder strap, strong double zipper closure with loops for use to lock with a small padlock, not included. 14 inches by 7.25 inches and 11.5 inches high. There are 3 slide in pockets with elastic openings, an ID holder, brush elastic band, and two zipper sections inside (one is removable).
