Henny Penny PFG-600 Gas Pressure Fryer with Computron 8000 controller. Brand new with the factory production film still on it. Includes the quick-connect fitting for the optional filter rinse hose. The factory brush set and all manuals are also included. This pressure fryer was bought in advance of a restaurant being granted a gas service upgrade. Needless to say the gas service upgrade was denied at the last moment and electric equipment had to be used instead.
