To activate the Follow Me feature, point the remote control towards the unit and press the “Follow Me” button. The remote will display the actual temperature at its current location. The remote control will send this signal to the air conditioner every 3 minutes until the Follow Me button is pressed again. If the unit does not receive the Follow Me signal during any 7-minute interval, the unit will beep to indicate the Follow Me mode has ended. Recommended for rooms sized 400-750 sq. ft Celsius and Fahrenheit degree switch 8°C heating preventing freezing point. In this operating mode, the air conditioner runs at minimum power, on heat mode to blow warm air in a room. It maintains a temperature of around 8℃ /46F to prevent freezing points. If the whole family outside for vacation and there is pet or flower /plant inside room, 8℃ would be a big help to keep them from cold weather, meanwhile take only very small power consumption.
