Includes 2 covers. One was never used. The other was underneath a blanket for extra padding so my baby did not directly lay on it.
The toys that hang above are included. I got that off of Amazon.

The selling feature is it can fold up to travel or visit family/friends. It’s also a nice height to change diapers!
