YES, its AVAILABLE to buy! Homemade diy costume not professionally made but it does the job! THE FLASH Shirt design: Some parts were hand stitched and some parts hot glued together to make it work. Again, it wasn't made perfect but it did the job. Spot clean or gentle quick hand wash in cold recommended. Mask was made and purchased on etsy. Shirt is size 6 - 7 ARMY GUY Size 7.
