Yes, the eyes work! They take a small battery pack and there is a button you can press to turn the eyes on or off. Includes one (1) cloak, (1) mask with working eyes, and (1) accessory belt with faux pockets. Please ask for the belt as I originally put it in a bag different from the bodysuit. I only have the pocket belt from the left side. Some pulling of the fabric around the neck (photographed.) Price reflects condition, which is very good otherwise. The eyes look awesome for Halloween.
