Graco Pack n Play with additions and sheets. (Side clip for storage, change table, and higher level clip on for the mat to be raised).
The mat has water marks from deep cleaning it (pictured) but other than the look of that everything is in clean and good condition!
It is a different model but looks like the last photo when all set up.
