It is obvious, but I have to write the following, unfortunately:
1. Let's decide a time and meet at the above-mentioned spot at that time. Please understand that I do not stay in the lobby. Please do not randomly message me that "I am on the way and will reach in 5 minutes" or "I am at the lobby, where are you" when we both haven't decided upon a time. I am a professional and I am working most of the time. I do not always have the phone in my hand or Messenger open.
2. Similarly, when I say "Meet me at any time after 1 pm" it does not mean that I will be waiting at the lobby with the item from 1 pm onwards. It means that we can meet at any mutually decided time after 1 p.m.
3. Message me when you are 15 mins away (so you don't have to wait) and when you are just about to reach (So I don't have to wait in lobby).
4. Let me assure you that I will make sure that I will meet at the decided time at the above-mentioned spot.
5. Do not ask me for my contact details like phone, email, bank, etc.
6. Please check the item when you pick it up and decide if you want it then and there. I will not accept anything back once you have picked it up and gone home. Selling the items "as is". I have to write this because a person tried to return me the sold product with an incomplete set of parts and wanted to keep some parts for free.
