(all transactions are to be done at my local OPP station in the parking lot so if you have any nefarious plans, you should probably move on) Selling my Fat Bike E Bike, the model is the EMMO BITRO. The bike comes with the original battery and an aftermarket secondary battery for a combined range of around 40km- 55km.. depending on hills and wind, 40km of range is the worst case scenario, it includes two seats, one has a suspension seat post and the other is a low set wide seat with a regular seat post. The batteries each come with their own individual charger and two keys each, the bike has 1936km at the time of posting this ad, every km put on it is summer sunny weather use only. It has a 500w hub motor and can reach 32kmh and has functional pedals, these 3 important criteria are what will keep you legal in the province of Ontario, if you get caught with the other bikes I see on here that are 750 watts -1000watts - and 2000 watts and are doing 40kmh, 50kmh and 60kmh an officer can fine you for no motorcycle insurance (UP TO $5000) and no motorcycle license, and no registration, don't believe me? look it up! The no insurance, registration and no license needed laws regarding E-Bikes for Ontario states that the bike must not exceed 32kmh , must not have a motor more powerful than 500 watts and must have functioning pedals...FYI. So buyers please beware of other sellers with fast and powerful bikes, they may cost you more than you bargained for in fines, also anyone claiming that an e-bike can get more that 70km of range is flat out lying, especially when it’s more powerful. I’ve had the bike since 2021 and it’s only been used in clear warm weather in the summertime, no rain and no winters . You can pedal the bike and it will assist you on 5 different power levels or you can just twist the throttle and it will do it all for you, also on 5 different power levels. The bike has hydraulic disc brakes, a seven speed gearbox (7 rings on the cassette for when you’re pedaling) it comes with a water bottle holder that is an aftermarket addition , I added frame bag to the bike which comes with it as well so you can put your phone in there, your keys or whatever else that fits, the mirrors are also aftermarket and included with the bike as well is a DOT approved helmet with built in shades/wind protection for your eyes.
