I am selling my beloved e-bike. I am 68 and no longer confident on it. I feel more secure on my kick scooter. I am asking $1000, which is firm. Don't even think of haggling. This is my 8th e-bike since 2019 and the absolute best I have ridden. The parts are all quality and it is super strong. I put new cogs in the motor about 100km ago. THe rear light broke off but has been replaced by a seat post light that is also a very sensitive alarm. I am including a $100 helmet (never crashed) that has a red light on the back and LED light on the front. I am including all manner of accessories as you will see listed later. It is a folding step-through. 500w motor at 48 volts with a 15.6 (maybe 16.5ah) battery and 20" fat tires. I have put over 4,000km on it in 2 years and it still runs like new. As I said, the motor is rebuilt and brake pads recently changed. The only caveat is the battery. It will need rebuilding and that will cost just under $500, which is why it is not listed at $1500. Chans Batteries is an excellent battery maker who is familiar with this (and my other) bikes. Its range now is 20km ridden full throttle, standing up. Ridden "properly" at 3 PAS and gear 3 would likely double that range, but it depends on the rider and terrain. So, it is still good as is, depending on your range needs. I rode this year round and am including most of my winter riding gear minus the e-vest, e-gloves and e-socks. I might be convinced to sell those separately.
