It’s an automatic volumetric divider developed to divide with a high degree of precision fresh or moderately risen dough into dough pieces of variable weight and size depending on requirements as well as to feed automatically those machines to use for the successive processing stages in the production line. The machine is designed to be used for intensive and heavy workloads, particularly suitable for artisan and industrial bakeries and pastry shops making a substantial or above-average output. The divider has a bunch of safety elements to meet the highest criteria. The electrical requirements are 3 phase+ Ground 208/220 Volt. The shipping weight is 700kg (1543lb) and the weight range is 90kg (198lb) – 280kg (617lb) depending on model and feeding. The production range is 1300-3600 per hour depending on model. Maintenance is recommended periodic cleaning inside and outside. This unit was working perfectly when it was removed from production. If you are reading this I still have it.
