Will Turn on when plugged but dies immediately (battery is dead and won't hold any charge). I've had this bike for 4 years now and just didn't have the time to ride it the last couple years so eventually the battery depleted after not being charged and ridden for so long. That being said as recent as two summers ago I was able to get 50km range out of this thing when riding at the governed speed of 32 km/h and the top speed when ungoverned is 55 km/h (all you need to do is unplug the governor which is easily accessible under the seat). Bike also has some cosmetic damage to the brake lever and body panel but everything is operational. No passenger foot pegs (I have the hardware and mounting brackets but I lost the pegs).
