E-bike sold as-is NEEDS new battery Introduction

PureCycle Volta e-bike from 2018. Bike is in mostly good condition and comes with one working fob. Main issue with the bike is it doesn't hold a charge, so it will need a new battery. Battery is inside the frame of the bike. Bike used for only two seasons. Could be a good re-fit project for someone motivated.
