Absolutely brand new slightly used bike, goes through with pickup like a blade, broke off the top of the frame where seat is adjusted, Rize says its my problem although I still have 3 months of warrantyon it. Just put together less than a month a ago out of the box. I had not used the bike and kept it sitting for a year, I did not need this bike to start off with but Rize sent it anyways since the purchase went through, they offered me 12+6 months of warranty to keep the bike rather than paying 30% resrock fee on it and also shipping fees to send it back. Which I did and now when I have a problem with the frame they will not repair it, take it at this price before I find time and have it fixed. New one comes for $2200+shipping+tax from the website. Bike has about 700 kms on the meter.
